A Planned Community for a Better Future

Located near Savar Nama Bazar, directly opposite Aladdin’s Park and within the Dhamrai Upazila area, Mastul Abashon Prokolpo is being developed as a planned residential community designed to bring together housing, education, religious facilities, recreation, and commercial amenities.

With a focus on organized infrastructure and convenient connectivity to Dhaka, the project aims to create a comfortable and integrated environment for long-term residential living.

Project Structure

The Mastul Housing Project is divided into three blocks:

• VIP Block

• Block A

• Block B

The VIP Block is currently progressing through land acquisition and planned development activities. Land acquisition for Blocks A and B is not yet fully completed, and their final layouts will be prepared after the necessary land acquisition and planning processes are completed.

VIP Block

The VIP Block is planned across approximately 43 acres, featuring residential plots and provisions for religious, educational, recreational, and commercial facilities.

Road Infrastructure

The planned road network includes:

• Main Road: 60 feet

• Main Avenue: 40 feet

• Regular Roads & Avenues: 25 feet

The road network is designed to support organized movement and future infrastructure development within the community.

Religious & Educational Facilities

A key feature of the project is a planned Mosque and Madrasa Complex, including a central mosque with 233 domes.

The broader development plan also includes provisions for schools, colleges, and madrasas to support the educational needs of future residents.

Recreational & Community Facilities

The planned facilities include:

• Sports Ground

• Children’s Park

• Lakeview Road

• Cultural Center

• Shopping Complex

• School, College & Madrasa

• Central Mosque & Madrasa Complex

These facilities are intended to support a balanced community that brings residential living, education, religious activities, recreation, and everyday amenities together.

Blocks A & B

Land acquisition for Blocks A and B has not yet been fully completed. Therefore, their final layouts have not been prepared.

Detailed road networks, plot arrangements, and other facilities will be determined after the required land acquisition and planning processes are completed.
